Camp Application
Why Join?
Your membership helps keep North Carolina camps safe, informed, and full of happy campers. Here are specific membership benefits:
List your camp on the NCYCA website.
Every year the NCYCA Professional Development Committee provides exceptional trainings on topics such as staff recruitment and retention, gender identity and other issues of diversity, best practices for camp nursing, digital marketing, crisis communication and risk management.
Stay informed of legal changes on camp issues. Have a voice in legislative and regulatory issues throughout the year. Receive Legislative Action Alerts, notifying you of breaking issues in the law and camp regulations – don’t risk being out of compliance with new requirements.
Get connected with other camping professionals by attending membership meetings held throughout the year.
SAVE MONEY. Past advocacy efforts on building code legislation has saved camps money. Why not turn those savings into a membership in NCYCA, an organization that benefits your camp?
Your NCYCA dues are a great investment, and by becoming a member you strengthen the entire North Carolina Camp Industry.
